Be part of History! Celebrate 50 years of history with annual event always hosted on the first Saturday of June. On Saturday June 6, 2026, the City will be host to the 50th annual Red Rose Run in Downtown Lancaster. This is an in-person 5 mile race through the City and County Park, bringing over 1,000 runners to Downtown. The 5 mile out and back course is well marked with clocks, and USATF certified as part of the Mid-Atlantic Race Series! The 2025 Red Rose Run of Lancaster also includes a kids fun run and wheelchair race. Full race can be found here.

Awards: Top 3 of Male Female and Non-Binary Overall Winners and age groups as follows 1-13; 14-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-79; 80-99
